My colourful lunch

This is the first salad I have gathered from the garden this year. The lettuce, herbs and chive flower were supplemented with some pepper, chilli pepper, chorizo and shallot. To finish it off I made a dressing of olive oil, Dijon mustard and apple balsamic vinegar (great stuff which I picked up in a well known German supermarket.)

Colourful and tasty, even if I do say so myself.
