Bees, bees, bees

There’s a honeysuckle growing just outside the back door downstairs.  It’s usually swarming with bees, but by the time I was looking for today’s blip there was only one.  It was fascinating to watch, though, so a collage of one bee getting covered in nectar is today’s blip.

We had a somewhat messy day - making yoghurt, sorting out the Christmas card list, printing cards, lots of computer admin, visiting the new Whitestone Cheese Deli and Diner to buy some cheese, then a reasonably big shop at the Real Food Pantry.  I also visited the osteopath to get my back loosened up a bit, which helped tremendously.

We watched Grand Designs NZ, set in Queenstown, and Grand Designs The Streets, set in Glasgow.  The contrast between the two homes couldn’t have been more stark.  It was extremely interesting.


Checking in on blips has fallen somewhat behind the last few days.  I’ll catch up soon.
