Dow Crag and Coniston Old Man

I walked up behind our house onto the Hampsfell ridge this morning.  It felt very cold at the top as there was a fresh breeze blowing but lower down in the sunshine and out of the wind the temperature was much better.  The snow has gone now in our garden but there is plenty left on the peaks.
