What Joy!

I have been in hospital for two days following a new bowel emergency. 

I have not been allowed food or drink for two days, pending possible surgery. 

That has been deferred for now after 'grown up conversations' with bowel consultant. 

If I am ok they will release me to the 'Green Green Grass of Home' tomorow. 

The ward nurse took pity on me today and brought a cup of tea. Utter Joy! 

More tomorrow hopefully. 

I am spending rather too much time in hospitals just lately, where did it all go wrong!!
