This is our own organic olive oil and when I say "own", I mean from our own chemical free trees, picked from the plant (not collected from the ground) at mid maturation and crushed within a few hours of picking. On average 10kg. of olivesare needed to produce 1 liter of oil. This is what it takes to make good quality extra virgin olive oil and if you are paying anything less that ten euros per liter, please feel free to have doubts............
