We are hopefully in the final stages of our lease. Well we are in the final stages, just hope that the landlord doesn’t pull some sort of legal stunt to mess things up.

Today Al and I spent a couple of hours clearing and sorting stuff, I then took a load of stuff to be securely shredded and put the rest in storage.

We’ve had it for 5 years and managed to use it for 1. I reckon it has cost us about £400k over that time.

Gutted!
