It’s been that kind of day

Wet, dull, cold miserable. This was the best I could do for a blip. Sums up the day for sure.

Best part of the day was a chat with my exiled friend who now lives in the West Country.

Before and after it was mainly dealing with family challenges where ongoing issues are proving intractable.

Doreen remains in hospital. Susan said she sounded very tired. Worrying times.

I did find time to get cards off to Australia and Canada this afternoon. And collect a delivery of a pair of trousers from the post office. And they fit, which is the one high spot of the day.
