Younger son got cast off his hand after rugby injury. Taken ahead of appointment time (again) at hospital, and now referred to hand therapy. Essentially onto rehab now, which I know he’ll complete. He may well be back on the field in January.

Some further refurbishment work re-started at my old son and daughter-in-law’s home.

I took advantage of the car being empty; I gave my bike a quick service, put it in the car and went for a cycle along a bit of the local sustrans route at the canal. It was very cold and quite icy. But well worthwhile. Good for well-being.
