Cheers!

Today our hospitality students prepared and served lunch to a group of external customers. The students did really well.
The customers were welcomed with glasses of delicious warm apple juice with cinnamon. Followed by beef stew and seasonal vegetables and finished off with the most gooey brownies and poached pears!
