Weird

This car had rolled down the hill into a garden wall round the corner from me. When I passed the owners of the car and the owner of the wall were all spooked because these two mannequin heads had been placed beside it by someone unknown. How weird is this? They weren't very happy with me taking a photo either so the composition isn't great.
