Spot the resident

Everywhere there are empty apartments with 'for sale' and 'to let' signs. Apparently, over 13% of properties in Spain are empty, including more than 1 million newly built properties.

This block is in a prime location in the town, but has been standing empty since it was built several years ago. However, a solitary resident could be seen gazing out from her balcony. Maybe it's an indication that economic recovery is on its way? I somehow doubt it.
