Finally!

I am home but only for three hours....enough time to eat have a glass of wine and head out the door again for a meeting. It took 3.5hrs to get to Sheffield this morning which is ridiculous from where I am ...I then sat in a meeting that went on for an hour too long and no lunch offered....I get grumpy if I have no food!!
Anyway, let me explain my random gooseberry photo! We have hundreds of them.....everywhere.....I quite like them....and I am rather pleased that I found a Pork recipe that uses gooseberries, so guess what's on the menu tomorrow?!
