LATTICE SHADOWS

I had a rather boring task to complete this afternoon, so set up my work station on the front stoep which is warm with the winter sun streaming in. I had forgotten the lovely patterns created by the lattice work .
Hurrah blip done and dusted!
We take so much for granted. The boring task referred to was the completion of mirrors decorated by the art class children with paper mache and the sea shells collected by a friend and given to me years ago. Many of these children have not been to the sea so handling these beautiful objects was a treat for them and in the end the mirrors looked far nicer than I ever dreamed they would.
Maybe another blip will be the children with their mirrors!
