Local countryside …..

….. ….. ….. and Brow Peak. We walked through/around the local golf course and back to the Village, a quick loop on a busy day. I loved the reflection of the stone building in the tarn.
We had the first Residents’ Meeting in the Lodge this morning. Lots to learn about this new Lodge but it was all clear and interesting.
I made a wonderful soup from a large leek that was going to seed, together with onion & garlic, and kumara (sweet potato), plus 1 tablespoon of cumin. Delicious!
