Photo-bombed

Being Wednesday (all day), after breakfast I jumped on my bike and headed off to the park for my usual Midweek Workout. 

Apart from one uphill section on the way home, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The weather was pretty much ideal for this time of year. 45 minutes on the gym plus 40 minutes cycling, all in the fresh air, is just about perfect for December. 

I (almost) always do a 10 minute guided warm up in the house before I start, and then another 10 minutes of stretches afterwards. I have been searching for some new YouTube clips to help with a bit of variety, and found this 5 minute warm up session this week. 

The best part starts about 4.45 if you do not have the patience to watch it all.
