Dawn Raiders

Back to rowing to check how the shoulder behaves. I didn't do the whole session and coxed instead. I was also very careful and gentle. I am not going to row a regatta anytime soon but I should be able to get back to gentle rowing in the new year...  It was glad to be back but very cold and my feet took ages to defrost!
