On duty

She took her job very seriously and slept beside it all afternoon! 

A glorious start to the day with blue sky and sunshine and a heavy frost. I went to meet up with a friend for a coffee and the venue on the top of a hill was above a freezing fog blanket in the valley.  By the time the coffee had been drunk the fog had risen and it was bitterly cold.
Home for lunch with my eldest and then a happy afternoon painting. 
Hackathon over and husband headed home for tea before we went out for a treaty dinner with friends nearby.
