Apple sauce

I went to church this morning, we were saying goodbye to Eilidh who had been on placement with us for the last six months. I left sharply, just after coffee as I was going round to Ali's to walk Marvin.
This tree is near her house and I was so impressed with its lovely crop of apples, but rather saddened to see that nobody has enjoyed them.
I had a rushing about afternoon picking up things from various shops for us and for Ali.
We had roast beef this evening. It was soooo good - to celebrate the coming events we had sprouts as a bonus. I only cooked them for two hours lol, do you think that was long enough (joking honest). By they have always been one of my favourite vegetables.
