Yellow flower

Sorry I don't know what this tree is called, and better still she who is alway right and knows all dosen't know either! so I'm quite smug at the moment, so if anyone knows I might get a brownie point if I tell her :-)
Right, the tree is 10' high, have been told the bark can be an irritant if brushed against, and the flowers are quite rubbery in appearance.
