Allium with butterfly

An uninspired sort of day. I went for a wander through the vineyards -- it was overcast but at least not windy, and there were more butterflies about than I've seen so far this year. I chose this shot because it shows both sides of the butterfly's wings. Goodness, I wish the real summer would arrive! Hard to believe it's less than a week till midsummer's day.

Butterfly identification welcome :) Edit: I think it might be a gatekeeper butterfly, but I'm willing to be corrected.
