Up town to get some secret doings for next week’s jaunt. And then back to prepare for the evening’s AGM. Though I kept getting interrupted about doings for the evening’s boat club meeting. Much flappings. 
So, to the WBRA AGM - I took along our remaining tea-towels to unload a few. And a decent turnout! And though I say so myself, ever modest, I think we had some constructive and yes, enjoyable, discussions. It helps of course when the meeting is so ably chaired. Next year’s will be nothing like so good as after five years "at the helm” I’m standing down to make way for “new blood” and err a fresh broom. My bristles are getting a bit worn down.
