Dog or meerkat?

Definitely dog. Mum's dog yaps like a maniac all the time. ALL THE TIME.

People say "Don't blame the dog! It's the owner's fault!"

I can categorically state that I've kept a close eye on both mum and the dog, and it is definitely the dog doing the yapping.
