Breathe in the Sky
The sky was marvellous when I went out this morning. I stood on a bridge to get this shot. There's another image in the extra. Take the one you prefer.
If you like to do slow, deep breathing to relax when you're stressed, or when you can't sleep. I can really recommend cardiac coherance

I do this every day and feel like a new person afterwards.
When doing slow, deep breathing, it's often helpful to visualize the sky or water. They both have a calming effect.
