Feels like Christmas

Had a lovely time last night, good food , good company.
Was sat next to who l thought was a new volunteer for York Gate but soon found out he was the newly appointed CEO for Perennial, the horticultural charity that own York Gate along with three other gardens in England.
He was really good company and him , myself and Di had a lot of musical interests and stories in common. We must have given him a good welcome because he cancelled hi taxi and stayed another two hours. Over a 120 volunteers were there and the speeches included all the phenomenal increase in visitors and sales.

Ballet this morning, all in our tutus and Christmas sparkles.
Then back to our Lynnes house for our Christmas fuddle, l took a photograph of a few of our dancers and forgot to get one of us all.
I made a shallot, apple and blue cheese flan which went down well. All the food was excellent and l think in the last two days l have eaten a week’s calories.
