Glamorous Peonies

My garden isn't a flowery garden, so when flowers do appear I get this over whelming urge to run out with my camera. This happened today!

My peonies have opened up in the last 24 hours, and what normally happens when they open, is we get gale force winds, which leave them battered and looking very sorry for themselves. So I decided I would blip them today whilst they were looking amazing. They have such a wonderful structure, shape and colour that it's a shame they only last a short while.
