Dull and Damp!

Today it's been wet for most of the day, a brief window appeared just after 9am when I got out for a walk.  I didn't really see anything worth taking so thought how can I reflect a dull damp day and this is the result, water and reflections on the road help, but perhaps I have made the image too bright, what do you think?
