This Is Arlo

Arlo seems to be a cross between a fox and Yoda, but he’s convinced he’s a dog, so we’ll go with that. Arlo is old, and he spent the better part of our knitting session going from lap to lap around the circle until he settled in on top of the sunniest part of the table. He is dependent on the kindness of strangers to get down to the ground again, and has mastered the baleful look necessary to get him where he wants to go. People who have known him a long time are happy that he no longer is interested in biting anyone’s ankles. He is a sweet thing, deaf, blind, and somewhat hoarse when speaking, but relaxed and completely trusting that he will be taken care of.
