Short Ribs

Braised short ribs, sautéed lion's mane mushrooms, and brown rice. Wine: Andrew Murray Mourvedre 2020.

Everything here was delicious. I actually made the short ribs yesterday since almost everything braised tastes better the next day (and this also had the advantage that skimmed fat that has cooled and solidified is much easier).
