Wester Craiglockhart Hill

2nd Saturday Strollers today - conditions were just a touch on the damp side ... it was chucking it down!

Didn't dampen the spirits of the hardy walkers though, and we managed a route up and over Wester Craiglockhart Hill (pictured), and then along to and over Easter Craiglockhart Hill, before returning to Shandon, and a very welcome visit to the Merchiston Tennis & Bowling Club for some festive drinks and snacks :-)

Snap shows the trig-point at the summit of Wester Craiglockhart Hill - you should just be able to make out Edinburgh Castle in the distant-left, and Arthur's Seat over to the distant-right ...

... an enjoyable day had by all - despite the rather inclement weather!
