Not Fungi

Today was our annual Fungus Group indoor meeting. We had an excellent turnout and there some great talks. A number of people brought mince pies and other goodies, so I’m pleased it went well on what was a horrible wet afternoon. Our main speaker, Paul, is a professional photographer and I knew he’d been doing a project on Slime Moulds . They aren’t fungi, but we often get asked about them and as they don’t have their own group in our natural history society, we’ve taken them under our wing.
