Grey Heron
There were workmen working just at the entrance to the park today so I wasn't sure what to expect. However the 4 from yesterday (little female Pictured) were joined by another one I didn't recognize. I was in the middle of feeding them when I heard someone behind me saying good morning I turned round to see the workmen had come in to watch. They asked about the heron and were very interested. After about 5 minutes they returned to their work and I continued with the feeding. I then went to the clearing and was met be the male (making 6 in total). I was feeding him but heard something behind me. Three of the others had followed me round. I gave them a bit more finished feeding the male and made for home. Loads of crows again wanting biscuits.
