Sorry, resorting to food pictures isn't really my thing but I did think this looked really pretty and it was delicious to boot!  When we went to the Christmas movie night we all took a plate of eats and I took some smoked salmon on rye with creme fraiche flavoured with some horseradish and topped it with dill and some smoked trout roe.  I had some creme fraiche mix left over so we had it for lunch with some smoked trout.. delicious!
A good day sorting our youngest daughters room.. she asked me to store some things elsewhere.. that is now done and the room looks more presentable. 
I haven't made my Christmas pudding yet.. hope it isn't too late.. tomorrow..
