Heading For Cover

Beautiful warm sunny day, high 53°F, very unusual for December. Something spooked a heron and it flew right across the lake looking for cover. Managed to catch it against the lighter water, albeit soft due to the low light level over there.

Sunset created some wonderful light as can be seen in extras. Although in the shade the light was very blue.

Extras:

Orange Branch. The branch poking in from the top is a bit of a distraction, but the light was crazy.

Blue Reeds. Well, because it's blue and of reeds. Simple.
