Pool...

... is a disaster area! We finally went to the pool area to move the furniture from under the trees and put away all the things that could be put away.  It is a very sad area right now and it will be quite a bit of work next spring to put it back in order, but it happens every year.  In the afternoon, I baked some more Christmas 'cake': this one goes back to the Romans - https://www.wantedinrome.com/whatson/pangiallo-roman-christmas-cake.html.  The recipe I used is my grandmother, but very similar to what is described here.  B's stepdad loves it and it is looking forward to it every year
