Inaugural flight from San Fransisco

My grandson (12) is besotted with airplanes. He knows so much about them. It’s hard not to be interested too. This morning we went out in cold rain to watch the inaugural flight of United Airlines San Fransisco to Christchurch. It is a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. This was the welcome given by 2 fire trucks. Was amazing to see. I really enjoyed it. Then we went out for lunch. A lovely day.
