Shabby dilapidated?

       Is that one step beyond ------> "Shabby chic is a style of interior design that chooses either furniture and furnishings for their appearance of age and signs of wear and tear or distresses new ones to achieve the same result. Unlike much genuine period décor, this style features a soft, pastel-coloured, cottage look."
       I'm not sure if it was planned for today because it's seven years to the date, yesterday by the day, since Alice died; or if it just happened, as is frequently the case, that Wednesday fell on a Tuesday this week.
       Whatever the reason, we had a family gathering Blipmeet with Derwent Lass  & "Mr. Derwent" Scran, Cuppa & a bit Crack at Dunmail Park to fill in the time till Murmur o'clock.
       Me Mk l shot a miserably unprepossessing Murmuration; another visit was mooted to a slightly better (Hopefully) vantage point.
       
       As a daft apropos point I've finally, (Possibly) found an English location Americans didn't thieve and take over yonder with them; I was out to "Dunmai" before the Spill-Cucker/ Geotagger popped up a window full of assorted Dunmails NONE outside UK.
