Cameron’s baseball was cancelled so he decided to get the bus back for the Saturday nights and some of Sunday back home.

Took the opportunity to do some cooking. Chicken cooked to perfection in a bag with spices, and a bramble (collected for the hedgerows and frozen ) and apple crumble. Ben arrived back from the cinema seeing Wonka with his pals. This free bus travel for over 12s and under 25s is brilliant - saves the family trips out in the cold winter nights lol!

We had some good chat with them both here. It was like old times…. Miss that.

Earlier we had our usual Tabou breakfast and one of the ladies in the big group table that is also there every week asked me where my son was this week - Meaning Ben who was with us the past two weeks - I was quite chuffed at that even although I don’t agree about looking young enough to have a 13 year old!
