In Memoriam.

       Another drug out from the depths.  I haven't the foggiest idea, and can't ask Al, which of two households it hails from.
       Since "Mother" (Gran) died in 1956 at age about 85----> 1965-1911= 54 years before Mother's death; which would make here 31 at the time - SO - it's not inconceivable it came from "us".
       Which again brings to the fore the odd fact that Mother lived through part of Victoria. all of Ed Vll, all of Geo V, all of Geo Vl, and a bit of "Lizzie ll" even if she was, by then losing awareness of the fact.  In my 81 years I've only caught 10-11yrs of Geo Vl "Lizzie ll" and the start of Charlie lll.  Anybody under about 70 will only be into their second Monarch.
