Still wet
We love our dog but taking him for a walk in the early morning gloom and pouring rain is definitely not a highlight. Today we were at Countesswells where Brodie’s fluorescent coat made him easier to spot in the gloom and murk.
I met a few fellow dog walkers. The main topic of conversation was the weather (of course) and the ongoing tree felling in the forest. What seems to have started as a tidy up post Storm Arwen has developed into a major decimation of the forest. A lot of good trees have been taken out and habitats for birds and squirrels. The locals are not happy.
