I went to my first concert for years in New College Chapel. Mainly because two people I know were singing in it but also because the programme contained Bach's fabulous Wachet Auf. I walked in and very happily bumped into another friend I've been wanting to meet up with so I squeezed cosily into her pew. 

New College has a school with some pretty serious music teaching. I was very impressed at the focus of 7, 8, 9-year-olds (in shorts!) singing along with the adults.

Photography was strictly forbidden in the chapel but I grabbed a bit of medieval architecture on my way back out into the rain.
