Brilliant sun rise in Deal

We are lucky that our lounge in Deal faces out to the east over the sea so we do get to view some great sun rises and see all the boats passing by.  This boat is a dredger which takes sand off the Goodwin Sands, a 10 mile long sandbar 6 miles off the Deal coast. The sand is being used to extend the port at Dover.
