Not a bad day. I was pleasantly surprised to have some time to myself today. Frances had a big snooze and Elodie had swimming and then the specialist. It felt really strange to be left to my own devices. I'm just not used to it anymore. There was even time for a lie down on the bench outside and a gaze at the sky (this is unheard of). It served as a good reminder of how important it is for me to have some time out.
