Send off

This is my housemate Tim who I have lived with for the past 13 months.

He recently returned from running 150 miles across the Sahara desert in 5.5 days for charity. I don't think I've ever met anyone with the level of self motivation and commitment as he has. Amazing what you can do with the right training, preparation and a will to succeed.

Will miss the good times at No.31!
