Egg citing cooking

We had friends round for dinner tonight.
In preparation Gary, Mark, Emma and I collaborated on a lemon meringue pie. Gary showed us this technique to separate eggs using a plastic bottle. You squeeze the bottle hold it next to the yolk and let go of the bottle and it sucks in the yolk. Very cool!
