KNIT ONE PEARL ONE

Looking & failing to find the history of Ikley's Victorian Arcade I came across details for The Thursday Knitting Group who meet up at The Create Cafe in this lovely old building & started to wonder what yarns these ladies could tell! May well join them this week & amaze them with my talent for finger knitting.
At school we once had to make up a limerick using our name, this knitting blip has brought it back to mind

There was a young person called Stocks
Who wanted to knit his own socks
Whilst needles were clicking
His trousers were splitting
So now he goes round in a box.
