Festive but wet

Spotted this as I was walking into town from Mum's today. Rainy day again. Long queues everywhere in town which meant I got home later than I wanted to so had a bit of a late lunch.
Had soul-destroying attempts to cancel our broadband and phone at Virgin Media this afternoon. It's impossible - I am not sure any real people work for this company! I kept getting bots which had me answer a lot of questions / type some info in then had me waiting for 40-odd minutes then closing the chat. I tried a different approach via "contact us" on website which took me to a QR code that sent me to whatsapp - went through the same rigmarole re giving answers and info then bot asked if it could transfer me to webchat. Answered no. It asked all same questions again which I stupidly typed in again then asked can it transfer me to webchat - NO! Repeat all the same again then answer no again and it transferred me anyway - back to square one. Grrrr.
I was fuming and  sending complaints to a bot - yeah, I know the bot won't understand them but I felt better for the rants!
