Published in NZPS Anthology 2023

The Poet with whom I share my life has just had one more poem published. In the 2023 NZ Poetry Society Anthology. The launch of the Anthology was on Sunday and was the reason we went to Howick on Sunday. She read her poem after briefly telling the story of writing it. She along with others had been challenged to write a poem about an endangered organism in New Zealand. By chance she was asked to write about a plant she had never previously known about. An aquatic grass it is found in only one lake (in South Island) which is dying.
