Is it Summer?

We had a really fierce thunder storm at 8.30 this morning.....OMG, it actually was quite scary, the lighting and thunder was right on top of us.  Fortunately, the hail stones weren't too big, the rain that followed was torrential.  Water flowing everywhere.
My blip was taken after it had passed, some 30minutes later.
Do take a look at the two iPhone photos in extra, taken from the door during the storm. Perhaps they should have been my blip. 
We had a nice rain from it which was badly needed.  I haven't had the urge to go outside, it’s been very chilly. 
My Wellington family are now in Ho Chi Mingh City, having been to Hanoi, cruised around the beautiful Halong Bay and spent a couple of days at Hoi An.  Janelle sends daily photos of their day, which a drool over.
