Familiarity

We had a staff breakfast together at the pastors house. Was very nice. Then popped into my MIL’s as she was suggesting she’d forgotten what Elbows looks like.

Then back to us both rushing around like idiots. Elbows said goodbye and rushed out first. 5 minutes later, if that, I rushed out. Neither of us were particularly aware of where precisely the other one was going.

So really funny to find us both waiting to meet people on the same corner. And the corner comprises of the pub where NoaNoa is working. :-)

I went off for a lido swim with EmCoops and afterwards took time to explore London Fields a bit better. It was so Christmassy and lovely, we simply had to stop for hot chocolate and chips in a cafe. So it was a wonderful afternoon.

And the evening was just preparing for tomorrow. :-)
