Brassed off.

My regular blippers will know that J cleans our brasses, and always does them just before Christmas.  It takes a few hours to do them, and they are now gleaming. When I was small, I lived  with my Nan & Grampa for a while, as my Mum was in hospital, and my grampa used to clean their brasses on the table in the living room. I used to help him, and he used to call me shiner. I inherited two of those candlesticks, which aren't worth much, but to me, they are priceless.  The candlesticks are not in the shot, they were cleaned later.
